What we do
Partners in Equity provides equity co-investments that help business owners acquire the commercial real estate where their companies operate. We bridge the equity gap that keeps healthy, owner-operated businesses from owning their buildings, and we structure each investment so the owner builds lasting wealth while our investors earn a return.
Where we are today
PIE Opportunity Fund II closed in the summer of 2026. The fund is fully committed and is no longer accepting new investors.
Looking ahead to Fund III
We are beginning conversations with investors who share our view that ownership builds stronger businesses and stronger communities.
